Magnolia Tank Farm Approval
Shopoff secured unanimous City Council approval for our mixed-use master plan project, Magnolia Tank Farm, on September 18th. We are grateful to the city of Huntington Beach for their support of this project, as well as affordable housing advocates, labor unions, construction and hotel workers, Huntington Beach residents and businesses, and the California Coastal Commission. With this key approval, we’re moving forward with plans to develop a vibrant, mixed-use community featuring quality and affordable housing!
