Shopoff Spotlights: Terri Hovdestad and Rahul Seth

Shopoff employees nominate their fellow colleagues to be our “Shopoff Spotlight” of the month! Below are the two selected nominations for April — read more to see what makes them standout!

Terri Hovdestad | SVP of Transaction Management

Nomination:
“Terri Hovdestad’s dedication and expertise are invaluable, ensuring the success of each transaction while uplifting the team along the way. She always gives 110% with her comprehensive knowledge and experience to achieve completing transactions for the company, all while being a great support for others. Nothing gets done without her. Even while juggling her own demanding workload, Terri is always willing to lend a hand to others.”
Terri added:
“What I enjoy most about working for Shopoff: 1. The work is always challenging, nothing is the same and I like to solve puzzles and figure out the best way for us to proceed forward with getting to a closing table, or assisting my peers with ways in which they can resolve issues. 2.
