In her new role, Jo is the driving force on all company operations, overseeing investment services, finance, HR, IT, marketing, and compliance. As COO, she provides strategic vision and management to ensure operational excellence and financial strength. Collaborating closely with the C-suite and the Chief Strategy Officer, she leads our company’s strategic initiatives by partnering with senior leadership to set and achieve goals, as well as working with the CFO on budget planning.
Jo joined Shopoff in 2021 and most recently served as Executive Vice President, Operations and Investment Services. During her tenure, she played a key role in enhancing the Company’s operations and investment services, setting a strong foundation for future success.
