30 Newport Beach condos to list between $2 million and $4 million

Parkhouse Residences, a luxury condominium development in Newport Beach, opens for sales, beginning Oct. 4. Prices will start at $2 million, rising to more than $4 million, according to developer Shopoff Realty Investments in Irvine. The condos are part of the $1.25 billion master-planned Uptown Newport community at Jamboree Road and MacArthur Boulevard. Parkhouse has five, five-story buildings with 30 homes ranging from 2,000-3,000 square feet in three-bedroom flats and two-story penthouses.
