We are pleased to announce the recent sale of our Tuscany Crest and Tuscany Valley project in Lake Elsinore, CA. to KB Homes! Our team entitled this 83.9-acre site for a 335 single-family home community, in a joint venture project with Argosy Real Estate Partners.
The Shopoff team worked diligently with the City of Lake Elsinore to tackle various plan challenges due to the raw nature of the land, securing the necessary entitlements and ultimately identifying a top-tier home builder to bring this project to completion
Tuscany Crest and Tuscany Valley are situated in the eastern segment of Lake Elsinore, 6.5 miles east of the I-15 freeway, and surrounded by new residential developments, existing single-family homes, and open space habitat conservation areas. New homes could be delivered as early as 2025.
