Sacramento Bee is a 409,720-square-foot office and production facility in the Midtown submarket of Sacramento, California. The property was purchased from The McClatchy Company (“McClatchy”) and is the largest infill development site in Sacramento. In addition to the main office and production buildings, six additional parcels were included in the transaction across Q Street from the main buildings. Shopoff has sold several components of the property in recent years, including the daycare building, fleet building, cell tower, a parking easement, as well as a parcel on the corner of 21st and Q street.
